My role
Planned and executed the migration as Manager, leading technical delivery across backend engineering, AWS, security, database performance and production reliability.
Approach
Infrastructure setup, validation, cutover, hardening, monitoring and post-migration stabilisation, alongside MySQL optimisation for high-volume workloads.
Challenges
Keeping production reliable through cutover while security hardening, VAPT remediation and RBI and ISO-aligned audit readiness ran in the same period.

Audit-ready delivery
Pratik coordinated VAPT closure, SAST, DAST and SCA, secure SDLC and audit evidence inside engineering delivery, and led RBI and ISO-aligned audit readiness.

My role
Drove application security and DevSecOps work inside engineering delivery. Pratik is not positioned as a dedicated cybersecurity engineer.

SPAR, a smart PDF audio reader for Android
Shipped to Google Play
SPAR is Pratik's independent Android app that turns text-based PDFs into natural text-to-speech audio. He designed, built, tested and published it with Flutter.
Problem
Reading long PDFs on a phone is not always practical; people want to listen while commuting, exercising or working.
My role
Took SPAR from product idea through implementation, testing, privacy work and Play Store publication.
